How We Handle Your Data

Amply360 Studio is committed to full transparency regarding how customer and visitor records are processed, stored, and protected in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA 2012) and international best practices.

1. What We Collect

Details you give us. Name, email address, phone number, business name and your messages. You share these when you fill in a form, book a call or contact us.

Details collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on site and the page that sent you to us.

Billing details. Invoices and transaction records. Our payment provider handles card numbers. We do not store them.

Client project materials. If you hire us, you may share brand assets, website access and account logins. We use them only to deliver your project.

2. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use these tools on our website:

Meta Pixel. It tells us which of our ads led to a visit or sign-up, and it helps us show our ads to relevant people on Facebook and Instagram.

Google Analytics. It shows how visitors use our pages so we can improve them.

Amply360 CRM. It stores form submissions and sends the emails and messages you asked for.

You can turn off cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Meta ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

3. Why We Process Your Information

  • To reply to your enquiry and deliver the service you ordered.

  • To send emails, WhatsApp or text messages you signed up for.

  • To send invoices and keep tax records.

  • To measure and improve our website and ads.

  • To meet legal obligations.

We collect and use your data with your consent or for a clear business or legal purpose. We tell you the purpose when we collect it.

4. Third-Party Disclosures & Confidentiality

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business: our CRM and email platform, Meta, Google, our payment provider and our accountant. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

5. Cross-Border Storage, Retention & Security

All primary databases reside within hardened Tier-4 cloud regions situated in Singapore. Where cross-border data transfer is necessitated for international collaboration, Amply360 Studio enforces standard contractual clauses ensuring protection parity identical to PDPA guidelines. Customer data is retained only for active engagement lifecycles plus seven calendar years to satisfy statutory tax obligations, following which data is permanently sanitized.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and leads: 12 months after your last contact, or until you ask us to delete them.

Client project files: 12 months after the project ends.

Invoices and accounting records: as long as Singapore tax law requires (currently 5 years).

How we protect it

We limit access to people who need it, use passwords and two-step login on our systems, and review who has access. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will tell you and the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) as the law requires.

6. Your PDPA Statutory Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Show you the personal data we hold about you.

  • Correct anything wrong or out of date.

  • Stop sending you marketing. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.

  • Withdraw your consent to us using your data.
